10 Best Cookery Classes at Food Sorcery

We’ve looked at all our reviews from over the last 12 months, and these are the top ten classes we’ve held!

  1. As we head towards the end of the year, it feels like the right time to be a little reflective. To look back at our last 12 months, and share with you the top ten of all our classes this year! So without further ado, let’s start the countdown!
  1. Starting off our top 10, we have our Pies and Pasties Class! Three hours of comfort food, with chef Jason, who takes you through favourites salt crust pastry, short crust pastry, and how to make a traditional pork pie.

  2. Loved it and will attend more sessions soon. You should give this a try – it will not disappoint.”

  3. In at 9 are our vegetarian and vegan classes. The majority of our courses can be tailored to suit anyway, but we do run special sessions on vegetarian and vegan food. So whether you’ve changed your diet conscientiously, or are catering for a changing family, we’ll help guide you through your changing recipe book. We promise, it’s not all salads!

  4. “Quality of ingredients was fab and all food cooked can be taken home. 3 dishes prepared and cooked with generous quantities. Had a lovely day.”

  5. Number 8 is our Thai Cookery sessions. We’re so lucky to have the amazing Chorchaba Harper to run these classes. She’s a fantastic chef who grew up in Thailand and has been cooking since she was seven years old! She really ensures everyone is hands on, and engage the whole class with the flavours, and tastes of Thai cookery.

  6. “It was a friendly group and we all ate the dishes at the end and took some home too. Perfect if you are on your own, a family, friends or a couple.”
