An incredible treat for all Steak Lovers – working with our Chef, you will have the opportunity to learn all about the different cuts of meat and most importantly how to cook steak at home achieving the same results as the restaurant…throw in some classic sauces, side dishes and obviously some fries…the evening ends with a feast and dare I suggest a glass or two of malbec…..
This is a very hands on and social experience, a great gift or treat to self.
Our expert chef Jason, will share his knowledge of what to look for when buying steak, the different cuts of meat, ways to cook steak, the right oils to use as well as optimum cooking times and temperatures.
He will teach you how to produce two types of sauce and a variety of sides
Skills you will Learn
- Introduction to different cuts of meat
- Different ways of cooking steak
- Meat from different countries
- Best sauces and sides
- Cooking temperatures
Examples of what you might cook:
- Sauces (2-3) peppercorn, béarnaise
- Perfect chips

Middle Eastern cuisine is quite rightly now getting the adoration it deserves be inspired with the history & flavours wonderful dishes – from fabulous falafel that can be used as part of a meze platter, a light lunch, or a starter, to perfect pillowy pilaf that can be the centre piece of a feast and varied with different flavours throughout the year. This class culminates in a relaxing meal of the food you have prepared.
Daniel Barber trained in the Ottolenghi world and is first passion in food is flavours of the Middle East

How to use spices and spice mixes in Indian cookery
Examples of what you might cook:
- Labneh – fresh soft cheese with beetroot and tomato salad
- Fava bean falafel with tarator dressing
- Chicken, almond and apricot pilaff
- Lebanese parsley and onion salad with pistachio pesto
- Cardamon and rosewater rice pudding
What’s included:
Glass of prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival additional beverages can be purchased using card or cash.

This class is a mixture of demonstration and hands on cookery, together you will prepare dishes that you will sit and enjoy together at the end of the class with a well earned meal!

Murtabak
Deep fried fish with sweet chilli sauce
