Skills you will Learn:
How to cook a repeatable Caribbean meal with lot’s of different dishes which can be made as an evening meal or a feast for friends.
Examples of what you might cook:
- Banana and coconut roti with hot papaya chutney
- Jerk chicken kebabs
- Black Bean and Hot Pepper Stew with fried plantain
- Roasted Peanut, Sweet Potato and Okra Curry
- Chow Chow and Taro Coconut Curry
Glass of prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival. Enjoy the food you create at our sociable table at the end of the class any leftovers can be taken home – bring suitable containers.
We have a great bar with some amazing wines, beers, a range spirits and soft drinks to enjoy – additional beverages can be purchased using card or cash.
Copies of the recipes will also be emailed to you after the class.

Laurie CurtisLaurie is influenced by an eclectic range of cultures and cuisines, with specialisms in British, European, Mediterranean and classical French. After culinary school Laurie moved to London to further his skill set and career. There, he trained in high end restaurants of Michelin and Rosette standard.
