Japanese Cuisine is experiencing ever increasing popularity in the UK and at Food Sorcery we developed a weekend class that explores three of the most popular dishes – all can be replicated at home and during the class you will have the opportunity for plenty of hands-on cookery, demonstration and a sociable meal at the end.
Sushi – iconic Japanese dishes, more available than ever in the UK – this is delicious to make at home and genuinely a fraction of the price of the pre-prepared packs.
Gyoza – delicious little dumplings
Ramen – you will never return to packet noodles!
Naturally low in dairy and fat, you will learn the tips and trick to enjoy making these dishes. You will have the chance to taste your efforts as you go along or take home to enjoy your masterpieces. Long gone will be the days of squidgy noodles hiding in the bottom of a bowl of salty stock and overcooked veggies.
What’s included:
Glass of prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival. Enjoy the food you create at our sociable table at the end of the class – if there are any leftovers you are welcome to take them home if you bring suitable containers. Food Sorcery can’t take responsibility for any food taken away from the cookery school.
We have a great bar with some amazing wines, beers, a range spirits and soft drinks to enjoy – additional beverages can be purchased using card or cash.
Copies of the recipes will also be emailed to you after the class.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
