Spend the day learning all about super foods and how to cook with them, this class shows you how to easily introduce new food types into your diet and importantly get them to taste as delicious as they are good for you. Mix up your mealtimes to learn new skills and new dishes to delight every day of the week.
The day will focus on super foods
- Grains – quinoa, couscous, bulgur wheat
- Root veg – Beetroot, sweet potato
- Berries – pomegranate, summer fruits, avocado
- Nuts – how to add them to mealtimes to add protein, texture and taste.
You will master core cookery skills required to build competence in the kitchen, learn all about super foods and how to create delicious meals.
Chef Jan Cron is a huge fan of utilising all the fantastic healthy foods available to make meals as delicious as they are good for you. With over 17 years of experience, he is an accomplished personal chef specialising in healthy modern cuisine. His attitude to cooking is enjoyable and relaxing whilst creating amazing flavours.
Drink on arrival. You’ll eat the dishes you prepare for lunch, and you will take home an evening meal which you will have prepared in the afternoon. There will be plenty of food to take home at the end of the day.
