Transport yourself to the mediterranean on this cookery class and meal. Discover more to Spanish food than paella – showpiece meat and fish, supported with some lovely tapas. It’s a great chance to learn new cooking methods and recipes and is also a great social occasion with like minded people.
Chef will guide you through how to create a wonderful Spanish meal which you will enjoy eating at the end of the class.
Examples of what you might cook:
- Spanish Tortilla
- Arroz con Tomate
- Padron Peppers
- Crispy Paprika Prawns
- Butterfly Leg of Lamb
Glass of Prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival and the food you prepare. Recipes will be emailed after the class. Most importantly no washing up; all the fun, none of the work!
Glass of prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival additional beverages can be purchased using card or cash.
Enjoy the food you create whilst you cook – if there are any leftovers you are welcome to take them home if you bring suitable containers. Food Sorcery can’t take responsibility for any food taken away from the cookery school.
Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
