Enjoy an artisan bread making day with Steph Clubb, this is a technique-based class where you will create specialist breads from around the world. The day is suited to home bakers who want to refine their skills and learn the versatility of dough.
Steph has been teaching fantastic bread classes at Food Sorcery, we are thrilled to offer this artisan class that complements her Tangzhong, bagels and traditional loaf class perfectly – If you enjoyed her last class, you’ll love this one.
Techniques you will learn:
Breads you might make on the class:
Swiss Zopf – using enriched dough
Italian Drago con Coda – dragon tail bread
French Tabatiere (snuff box) loaf using a overnight pre ferment
Tea, Coffee or soft drink on arrival, all the ingredients and equipment you need. A light lunch will be provided and refreshments available all day.
Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class, and you get to take your tasty bakes home.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
