Working with chef, you will enjoy an inspiring afternoon ‘Cooking Together’ with your child(ren) or soon to be teenager.
This class is about spending time with your child by doing an activity which requires working as a team. You will prepare a main course, a side dish and dessert before time to enjoy your meal together in the company of others at our affable table.
Chef is also keen to share tips and tricks to improve your skills in the kitchen, a popular one being how to chop an onion without crying!
What you’ll Cook:
We can cater for most allergies and dietary requirements, just let us know at the time of booking.
If there is something you are particularly keen to cook, then please ask and we will try and accommodate your request. To give you a flavour of what to expect, here are some examples:
Example Menus
Plaited loaves, blackened chicken and spiced rice, sticky toffee pudding
Home-made pasta with carbonara sauce; rosemary & garlic focaccia
French Farmhouse – baguettes, rustic chicken; tarte tatin
Chicken cordon bleu, pommes aligots, French bread, home-made ice cream and crepes
What’s Included
All ingredients, refreshments and glass of wine or beer for the adults
Additional drinks can be purchased and paid for using cash or card

George PhelanClassically trained chef of 35 years experience across Europe. From fine dining in Castles & award winning restaurants to cakes & casual dining, George loves seafood, honed from time in Ireland and Malta and is central to his cooking. Mediterranean and healthy eating with a focus on vegan & vegetarian dishes is also a passion. Most of all George loves to pass on his knowledge and lifetime of collected recipes.
