Spruce up your cakes by learning the art of sugar paste. This workshop is perfect for home bakers looking for a new challenge, or professional bakers needing to hone their sugar craft skills.
Professionally coat & cover cakes
We will teach you how to crumbcoat a pre-made cake, that you will fill and stack with jam and buttercream.
You will then be taught how to get a smooth flawless finish using sugar paste.
Once you have perfected this method you will then make a bonus bear who will sit proudly on top of your newly created masterpiece.
Save the planet! – bring a large re-useable container and a bag to transport your bakes home. We have disposable ones if you forget.
What’s included:
- Tea & Coffee on arrival and refreshments throughout the day.
- You will take home your cake, please bring suitable containers and means to take it home!
- Copies of the workshop notes will be emailed to you after the class.
- The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
