Join us for a sociable foodie evening of demonstration, hands-on cookery and then be cooked for by Fumbi, engineer by day, chef by night. A Midlands based foodie with a passion for fresh ingredients and great flavours, Fumbi was a quarter finalist in Series 13 of MasterChef and continues to love cooking dishes inspired by his travels around the world. In planning this menu, inspired by his Nigerian travels we are most excited by Jollof Rice, Braised Beef Cheek, Scotch Bonnet Jam, Zesty Slaw…simply put – it is not a party in Lagos if there is no Jollof rice!
One ticket for 2 people and together you will enjoy welcome drink & canapes before Fumbi’s demonstration, then together in your pairs, you will cook your own starter…before relaxing into an evening of fine foods cooked by Fumbi.
Food Sorcery is a fully accessible and open kitchen, so you will be able to watch him work and there will be plenty of time after cooking to quiz him on his experiences of MasterChef and his continued foodie journey.

Glass of fizz, beer or soft drink on arrival. We have a great bar with some amazing wines, beers, a range of spirits, soft drinks and cocktails to enjoy – additional beverages can be purchased using cash or card.
All ingredients provided, you will enjoy eating the food you create in the dining room at the end of the class, take home any leftovers, bring containers or use our simple ones.
Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
