Spend quality time with your child/teen baking glorious cakes and bakes. This class is about spending time with your child by doing an activity which requires working as a team. You will be so pleased with your bakes and be able to show off your skills again and again!

Bakes you might make:
Profiteroles – Using Choux pastry with a light, crispy, airy texture, used to make profiteroles, éclairs or savoury gougères.
Black Forest Gateaux – Create a showstopper with of chocolate cake, whipped cream, and cherries creates a delightful mix of sweet and tart flavours.
Shortbread – crumbly, buttery and delicious, use the cutters to get creative with shapes.
Tea/Coffee or soft drink on arrival. Refreshments throughout the class and take your tasty bakes home
Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
