Class Description

Spend the day with your child(ren) or teens learning skills for life, you’ll prepare your lunch to enjoy eating in our dining room or take time to stroll along the river. In the afternoon you will prepare a meal to take home. The meals you prepare will no doubt become family favourites, the menu’s are specially designed to be repeatable to enjoy making again at home.

Chef is also keen to share tips and tricks to improve your skills in the kitchen, a popular one being how to chop an onion without crying!

We can cater for most allergies and dietary requirements, just let us know at the time of booking. If you have a preference for the style of food you’ll be cooking please get in touch

Plan for the day

  • Morning 10am-12 noon – preparing a main & side, plus desert to enjoy eating in the company of others.
  • Lunch 12-1pm – eat in our dining room, relax on the balcony or take a stroll down the river.
  • Afternoon 1-3.30pm – prepare an evening meal to take and enjoy at home.

What’s Included

All ingredients, refreshments and glass of wine or beer for the adults, additional drinks can be purchased and paid for using cash or card

George PhelanClassically trained chef of 35 years experience across Europe. From fine dining in Castles & award winning restaurants to cakes & casual dining, George loves seafood, honed from time in Ireland and Malta and is central to his cooking. Mediterranean and healthy eating with a focus on vegan & vegetarian dishes is also a passion. Most of all George loves to pass on his knowledge and lifetime of collected recipes.
