Many of us love fish, rarely cook it at home or stick to the same recipes. We look at 3 ways of cooking different types of fish. during the class you’ll discuss different types of fish and how to embrace your local fishmonger, they do the dirty work so you can concentrate on preparing delicious healthy meals.
What you will Learn:
Be confident with fish; embrace your fishmonger; what to ask; what to look for. 3 different cookery styles to help you vary your dishes.
Glass of prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival. Enjoy the food you create throughout the class and any leftovers can be taken home if you bring suitable containers. Food Sorcery can’t take responsibility for any food taken away from the cookery school.
We have a great bar with some amazing wines, beers, a range spirits and soft drinks to enjoy – additional beverages can be purchased using card or cash.
Copies of the recipes will also be emailed to you after the class.
