Event Details

The French and fine dining are undeniably linked – elegant dishes with quality ingredients make French cuisine great for occasions where you want to impress, but there are also simple classics that can show-case your skills with minimal fuss.

French food is hearty, warm and full of flavour, so learning some new recipes is a great way to add some variety to your repertoire.  We will look at both savoury and sweet during this class and will cover a minimum of 3 dishes.  It’s a lovely class, culminating in a delightful dinner prepared by you!

Examples of What you will cook:

  • Dauphinoise potatoes
  • Beef bourguignon
  • A classic ratatouille
  • Apple Tart Tatin

What’s included:

Glass of prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival. Enjoy the food you create at our sociable table at the end of the class – if there are any leftovers you are welcome to take them home if you bring suitable containers.

We have a great bar with some amazing wines, beers, a range spirits and soft drinks to enjoy – additional beverages can be purchased using card or cash.

Copies of the recipes will also be emailed to you after the class.
