Japanese Cuisine is experiencing ever increasing popularity in the UK and at Food Sorcery we have combine two of our favourites into a great night out – starting with Gyoza we will demonstrate and you will make these tasty little dumplings – various fillings and dipping sauce, before we enjoy all things Ramen and Noodle.
Japanese dishes are fast becoming a go to street food because of their healthy low fat options and bowls of goodness packed with taste and flavour. As consumers we progress from instant packs of noodles and become much more aware of flavours, this class will teach you to recreate your new found favourites at home. However simple the ingredients the technique is in getting the yin and yang just perfect and selecting the freshest of ingredients.
In this class chef Jason will show you to create an unforgettable meal, meaning you’ll never go near those packet noodles ever again. Whilst using simple ingredients, these dishes aren’t always simple to make without the know how.
Naturally low in dairy and fat, you will learn the tips and trick to enjoy making these dishes. You will have the chance to taste your efforts as you go along or take home to enjoy your masterpieces. Long gone will be the days of squidgy noodles hiding in the bottom of a bowl of salty stock and overcooked veggies.

Tips and tricks to make delicious ramen and noodle dishes at home. You will learn about the different types of noodles and how to cook them, as well as how to make the perfect stock and how it should taste and look
Drink on arrival, all ingredients, eat as you cook and any leftovers can be taken home
