Event Details

An evening learning to cook tasty, repeatable meals that fit into a busy lifestyle with a focus on health.  Many people follow diets to support their exercise regimes – this class will embrace clean eating with a difference – flavour!  Dishes will incorporate a variety of Asian flavours, fish, chicken and vegetarian – all classes can be adapted to suit allergies and dietary requirements.

This class would suit people with a busy lifestyle who want to cook quick, tasty, healthy meals at home, that have an emphasis on great flavour.
