From a very young age Farzana Ullah has been surrounded by Indian food with recipes and techniques being passed down through generations. Farzana learnt the wonderful authentic dishes that she now cooks from her Mother.
Her dishes have been perfected over many years, cooking for friends and family who are the best and toughest judges of all! Having become a master of all types of Indian cooking, from traditional curries to more popular dishes, Farzana has been teaching people to cook for many years – it’s our pleasure to welcome her to Food Sorcery to teach you authentic Indian cooking.
This weekend event gives the opportunity to get more into the detail and plan a delicious meal that you can enjoy with the other guests – you can make this a takeaway if you prefer!
The class can be adapted to most allergies and dietary requirements, just let us know when you book – Vegetarian & Vegan alternatives available.
Examples of what you might cook:
Vegetarian Pilau Rice
Refreshments and you’ll enjoy the food you create with a glass of wine. There will be a meal at the end of the class where you can enjoy eating and sharing the food you make in our relaxed and friendly dining area. If there are any left overs, you are welcome to take them home!

Farzana UllahFrom a very young age I have been surrounded by Indian food. Learning to cook Indian food is passed down through generations and my mother created the wonderful authentic dishes that I now cook. Combined with my involvement in education for over a decade has essentially provided me with the credentials to teach my clients how to cook.
