Sobia grew up in Bradford, the curry capital of Britain. So it goes without saying that she had access to some of the best cuisine for most of her life. That said, restaurant and take away food is completely different to the food eaten at home.
This weekend event gives the opportunity to get more into the detail and plan a delicious meal that you can enjoy with the other guests – you can make this a takeaway if you prefer!
The class can be adapted to most allergies and dietary requirements, just let us know when you book – Vegetarian & Vegan alternatives available.

It’s a lost art for most people, so I really want to show anyone that wants to learn, how easy and healthy Pakistani cuisine really is to create at home. All you need is a few staple ingredients and a whole lot of love thrown in for good measure.
