Class Description

From a very young age Farzana Ullah has been surrounded by Indian food with recipes and techniques being passed down through generations. Farzana learnt the wonderful authentic dishes that she now cooks from her Mother.

Her dishes have been perfected over many years, cooking for friends and family  who are the best and toughest judges of all! Having become a master of all types of Indian cooking, from traditional curries to more popular dishes.

This weekend event gives the opportunity to get more into the detail and plan a delicious meal that you can enjoy with the other guests – you can make this a takeaway if you prefer!

The class can be adapted to most allergies and dietary requirements, just let us know when you book – Vegetarian & Vegan alternatives available.

  • Lamb Bhuna
  • Chicken Pakoras

  • Pilau Rice (chef demo)

What’s included:

Glass of Prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival additional beverages can be purchased using card or cash.

Enjoy the food you create at our sociable table at the end of the class – if there are any leftovers you are welcome to take them home – bring suitable containers!

The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
