Learn to chop, slice and dice like a pro we will teach you all the tricks of the trade so that you can understand how to choose the right knife for the job and use your knife to best advantage. Most importantly, you will learn how to use a knife safely. You may not be able to slice with your eyes shut after this class, but with practice you will make short work of preparing the Sunday roast or Delicious Dinners.
Once all the knife work has been done, we will show you how to make delicious dishes using the ingredients you have chopped, which you’ll enjoy eating and any left overs can be taken home.
