Class Description

Tempt your taste buds and indulge in our Love Chocolate Class.
You will watch a demonstration on how to temper chocolate, then over to you to work with your chocolate to make beautiful hand piped and dipped goodies!
Chocolate ganache truffles will be hand piped, coated, spun with chocolate and sit proudly in chocolate cups that you will produce.
Oreos will be dipped, lustred. In addition different finishes will be demonstrated by chocolatier and baker Victoria Richardson
Everything will be gift wrapped so you can admire your amazing Chocolate centre piece.
The tutor will hand out demonstration “treats” throughout the course.

What’s Included:

  • Tea/Coffee or soft drinks on arrival, all ingredients you need. You will sit down to a light lunch during the class and will take away your creations. We have basic takeaway containers, however you are welcome to bring your own.
  • Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
  • The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
