We are delighted to bring you a much requested macaron making class with Steph Clubb, she’ll take you through all of the key techniques needed to create these notoriously tricky but delightfully delicious bakes.
It is possible to do a gluten free version of this class. Please note our kitchen for a variety of purposes so while we can ensure the ingredients are gluten free, we can’t eliminate the risk of cross contamination.

- How to make macaron fillings to tantalise your taste buds
This class is designed to give you confidence to go home and practice all these techniques again. you’ll leave armed with the knowledge to create macarons at home for family and friends time and again.
Glass of prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival along with all the ingredients. We have a great bar with some amazing wines, beers, a range spirits and soft drinks to enjoy – additional beverages can be purchased using card or cash.
Copies of the recipes will also be emailed to you after the class.
