We are delighted to bring you a much requested macaron making class. This class is designed to give you confidence to go home and practice all these techniques again. You’ll leave armed with the knowledge to create macarons at home for family and friends time and again.
You can bake on your own or bring a friend and bake one set of ingredients together
Techniques you will learn:
How to make the make macaron shell
How to make a chocolate ganache
Enhance your piping skills
Demonstration of different finishing techniques with spun chocolate.
What’s included:
Tea/coffee or soft drink on arrival.
Please bring your own Tupperware so your bakes are secure to take home. We have simple containers if you forget.
Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
