Mexican street food, called antojitos (literally “little cravings”), is prepared by street vendors and at small traditional markets in Mexico, it’s said that Mexican’s eat at least one meal a week on the street. We will kick off the cookery class with a tasty taco or quesadilla topped off with tender meats and spicy salsa, chef will then take you on a taste bud tour of a selection popular street food.
Examples of what you might cook:
- – Cheesy Beef Quesadilla.
- – Elote Corn
- – Tacos al Pastor
- – Jalapeno, Pineapple & Lime Coleslaw
What’s included:
Glass of fizz, beer or soft drink on arrival. Enjoy the food you create as you cook, bring suitable containers to take home your creations.
We provide all ingredients, copies of the recipes emailed to you after the class.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
