Middle Eastern cuisine is quite rightly now getting the adoration it deserves be inspired with the history & flavours wonderful dishes – from fabulous falafel that can be used as part of a meze platter, a light lunch, or a starter, to perfect pillowy pilaf that can be the centre piece of a feast and varied with different flavours throughout the year. This class culminates in a relaxing meal of the food you have prepared.

- Labneh – fresh soft cheese with beetroot and tomato salad

- Cardamon and rosewater rice pudding

Enjoy the food you create at our sociable table at the end of the class – if there are any leftovers you are welcome to take them home if you bring suitable containers. Food Sorcery can’t take responsibility for any food taken away from the cookery school.
