Many of us are familiar with traditional Spanish tapas of years gone by, however there’s so much more to this amazing cuisine full of punchy and vibrant flavours.

Join us to learn to cook amazingly authentic Spanish food in this fun and informative class. We will produce a paella each covering all the different elements of this very social dish. It’s not uncommon in Spain for people to stand around the large impressive paella pan and chat about food and life waiting to dine on the fruits of your labour. When your feast is ready, take a seat among fellow foodies and enjoy this impressive Spanish feast. Relish the satisfaction of eating a meal you prepared and leave the cookery class with fresh cooking inspiration

Spanish food is renowned for its bold and punchy flavours and this class is no exception. You’ll learn to make food that is seriously delicious at the same time as learning some new skills that will apply across all your cooking.

You will be welcomed with a wonderful tapas canapé, you will create a traditional chicken and prawn paella and regional tapas.

At the end of the class you will sit together and enjoy your amazing Spanish food and discuss new found cookery skills.

Enjoy the food you create at our sociable table at the end of the class – if there are any leftovers you are welcome to take them home if you bring suitable containers. Food Sorcery can’t take responsibility for any food taken away from the cookery school.
