Pies are the ultimate in comfort food, and the success of a pie starts with perfect pastry. Did you know that a pie has a filling that is already cooked and with a pasty the filling cooks in its pastry parcel….This class will concentrate on the do’s and don’ts for pie fillings and how to perfect a pasty. Once you’ve perfected these, there will be no limit to your pie creations – take your creations and your new skills home in time for dinner!

Save the planet! – bring a large re-useable container and a bag to transport your bakes home. We have disposable ones if you forget.
Tea & Coffee on arrival and refreshments throughout the day.
Light lunch – you will eat the pizza that you make.
You will take home your creations, please bring suitable containers and means to take them home!
Copies of the workshop notes will be emailed to you after the class.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
