Malloreddus alla Campidanese – A classic Sardinian pasta recipe made with a sausage, tomato and saffron sauce.
Pane Carasau – An incredibly thin flatbread. It’s made by cooking a thin sheet of dough (made from durum wheat)
Fregola, which means breadcrumbs, a typical Sardinian pasta made of semolina and rolled into small balls
