With Czech Republic-born Jan Cron as our head chef we wanted to tap into his extensive knowledge of Eastern European cuisine. In this class chef will teach you the art of making Spaetzle which literally translates at ‘little sparrow’ in English plus authentic sauces which take this egg noodle to delicious side or main dish. You will also learn to fold, steam and fry Pierogi, native to Poland and similar to Varenyky from Ukraine, with various fillings to create half moon delights.
Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration. Eat as you cook and takeaway your creations. You will leave with tips and tricks to cook more delicious dishes at home.
