Manchester Pasta co is the brain child of Chef Laurie Curtis, they specialise in creating beautiful, modern Italian dishes and delivering to your door. We are excited to host them in our kitchen so they can show off their cooking to our guests.
Laurie loves cooking and with the current challenges in the hospitality industry, he started making these amazing meals at home to deliver
Our chefs love to show off their favourite dishes, come and watch them in action preparing a fabulous meal to be enjoyed in our spacious kitchen & dining room.
Between dishes, talk to chef as he works, they are happy to discuss the cuisine of the night, where to source produce and pass on cheffy tips and tricks that make their dishes taste delicious.
Tickets are for 2 people and include a welcome drink and plenty of food!

Laurie Curtis Manchester Pasta CoDidsbury based chef Laurie Curtis is a private chef who specialises in fine dining. He perfected his craft during his years working in some of London’s best restaurants. Due to recent circumstances Laurie has just started a new venture- Manchester Pasta Co, delivering fresh pasta around the local area. This way he is still able to serve tasty food to people in a safe way. He will now be hosting artisan pasta master classes. He will also be posting seasonal supper clubs, with live cooking demonstrations and a chance for guests to taste some of his finest creations.
