Chef
Unbeknownst to Midori, her love for Japanese home cooking was born in her grandmother Reiko’s kitchen, where she watched her family prepare gyoza and vegetables. During the harsh Hokkaidō winters, this ritual of bulk cooking became a cherished tradition. Years later, Midori found solace in recreating these flavours, she brings her soulful recipes to Manchester, full circle from her Otaru roots.
