Sobia grew up in Bradford, the curry capital of Britain. So it goes without saying that she had access to some of the best Pakistani cuisine for most of her life. That said, restaurant and take away food is completely different to the food eaten at home. In this class you will learn to cook real, traditional, Pakistani food from scratch, it’s so easy and healthier than you think – all you need is a few staple ingredients and a whole lot of love thrown in for good measure!
During the class you will create dishes to eat as you cook, there will be enough to take home for a meal later.
The class can be adapted to most allergies and dietary requirements, just let us know when you book – Vegetarian & Vegan alternatives available.

Glass of fizz, beer or soft drink on arrival. Enjoy the food you create as you cook, any leftovers can be taken home – bring suitable containers!
We provide all ingredients and can cater to most dietary needs, please tell us in the notes when booking. Copies of the recipes emailed to you after the class.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
