Class Description

Thai cuisine is one of the tastiest foods on the planet – fresh, healthy and potentially mind blowingly spicy!

We have a series of Thai cookery classes run by the fabulous Chochaba Harper – this class is a little longer than usual, you get to cook a fabulous meal which you will then sit down to eat, in the company of others.

Thai food is all about combining bold flavours to experience sour, sweet, salty, bitter or spicy tastes in a meal. Authentic ingredients are readily available but frequently misused or misunderstood.  If meat is included, it tends to be shredded, fish is served whole with delicate spicing, rice and noodles accompany…the aromas and tastes are exceptional!….You’ll be booking the flights to Bangkok!

Vegetarian Options always available, adaptable to allergies or dietary requirements please let us know of at checkout.

What you will cook:

Khao Soi – Chang Mai noodles

Nam Prik Ong – Chilli sauce/dip

Yam wun sen kung – Spicy Thai Salad with glass noodles and prawns

Crispy Fish with Thai sauce – a true showstopper!

Chochaba likes to delight her guests, so if there is anything you’d really like to learn please let us know.

What’s included:

Glass of prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival – if there are any leftovers you are welcome to take them home (don’t forget to bring containers!). Recipes will be emailed after the class. Most importantly the washing up is all done for you; all the fun, none of the work.

Fully Stocked Bar

We have a fully stocked bar with some amazing wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks. These can be purchased using card or cash.
