Turkish cuisine is a fascinating refinement between Middle Eastern and Mediterranean diets. Colourful dips, grilled meats, grassy olive oils, decadent pastries, rich in vegetables and legumes, often described as sunshine on a plate the dishes are vibrant and fresh.
This cookery class and meal will give you an introduction to the key ingredients used in Turkish cooking including spices, pulses, fresh herbs, vegetables and pickles. Using the best seasonal ingredients and spices such as cumin, allepo, chilli, paprika and lemon – you will enjoy cooking before sitting down with like minded people to eat the meal you have prepared.

- Gozleme-filled flatbreads
- Iman Biyaldi-aubergines slow cooked with peppers
- Guvec-a typical “wet” tomato stew
