Who needs dairy! it’s often much easier to make a vegan cake than a dairy base equivalent. In this class we’ll show you how to bake without eggs or dairy, it might seem daunting at first but by the end of the class you’ll be enjoying all things sweet.
We are thrilled to be working with baker Steph Clubb for this class, she has a wealth of experience in bread making and teaching – you’ll leave armed with the knowledge and expertise to bake more.
Skills you will Learn:
How to replace eggs and dairy in well know recipes producing the lightest sponge cakes and sweet treats.
You’ll leave with the confidence to bake more at home with the knowledge to produce a whole variety of vegan bakes.
Examples of what you’ll cook:
- Orange & Almond Cake
- Chocolate Brownies
- Middle Eastern pastry plait
- demo – vegan parmesan crackers
Glass of prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival. Enjoy the food you create and take any leftovers home – bring suitable containers.
We have a great bar with some amazing wines, beers, a range spirits and soft drinks to enjoy – additional beverages can be purchased using card or cash.
Copies of the recipes will also be emailed to you after the class.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
