Skills you will Learn:
How to replace eggs and dairy in well know receipes producing the lightest sponge cakes and sweet treats. You’ll be introduced to aquafaba, chia and flax batters.
You’ll leave with the confidence to bake more at home with the knowledge to produce a whole variety of vegan bakes.
