Middle Eastern cuisine is quite rightly now getting the adoration it deserves be inspired with the history & flavours wonderful dishes – from fabulous falafel that can be used as part of a meze platter, a light lunch, or a starter, to perfect pillowy pilaf that can be the centre piece of a feast and varied with different flavours throughout the year.
At Food Sorcery we love to work with Dan Barber, trained with the famous Ottolenghi and has a passion for Middle Eastern Flavours

Glass of prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival. Enjoy the food you create throughout the class and any leftovers can be taken home – bring suitable containers!.
