A chance to explore loading protein into to your vegan diet. With the drive to increase the amount of plant based food in our diets, we like to step back and look at how to make it balanced and taste fantastic.
Vegan Cooking opens the door to a vast array of dishes, cooking styles and techniques and most importantly fantastic flavours! It’s such an huge area of cookery, it becomes a little daunting. This course will give you the basic skills to equip you for a plant based diet, perfect to be adopted for all your meals or just if you want to change your eating habits on a occasional basis.
Glass of prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival. Enjoy the food you create as you cook or take it home – if there are any leftovers you are welcome to take them home – bring suitable containers!
We have a great bar with some amazing wines, beers, a range spirits and soft drinks to enjoy – additional beverages can be purchased using card or cash.
Copies of the recipes will also be emailed to you after the class.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
