Vegan Cooking opens the door to a vast array of dishes, cooking styles and techniques and most importantly fantastic flavours! It’s such an huge area of cookery, it becomes a little daunting. This class will look at three different curries from around the world – Sri Lankan, Japanese and Indian – which will give you a wealth of knowledge to enjoy a delicious plant based diet.
All classes can be adapted to most allergies & preferences, just let us know in the notes when booking.
What you will learn
Crispy rice with spicy ‘crab’ (Fried sushi rice topped with jackfruit crab’
X1 sushi bomb stuffed with teriyaki mushroom topped with avocado and served with a pipet of sauce
Tempura sweet potato dragon roll
Tempura sweet potato topped with or without avocado, teriyaki glaze and tempura crunch
Tempura tofu served with special sauce
Glass of fizz, beer or soft drink on arrival. We have a great bar with some amazing wines, beers, a range of spirits, soft drinks and cocktails to enjoy – additional beverages can be purchased using cash or card.
All ingredients provided, you will eat as you cook and take home the additional dishes, bring containers or use our simple ones.

My name is Chloe. I have spent the past 5 years developing a vegan sushi business. I am passionate about showing how to be creative with simple ingredients. I have been teaching for the past 3 years, and love nothing more than teaching my skills and knowledge to others, especially the joy on their face when they achieve a new skill. When you join a workshop with me, whether you’re vegan or not. You will leave with the best knowledge of how to elevate vegetables in a simple way, but resulting in the best outcome.
