Class Description

Enjoy a hands-on Vietnamese Cookery Class followed by a delicious social meal with your creations – A unique blend of Chinese and French style, Vietnamese food is greatly admired for its fresh and fragrant flavour.  Naturally low in dairy and fat, you will learn the tips and trick to enjoy making Vietnamese at home.

Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration, this extended class includes time to enjoy eating your dishes in the dining room. You will leave with plenty of leftovers and the confidence to cook more delicious dishes at home.

Examples of what you might cook: things may change, trust us it will be delicious!

  • Mì Xaò Chay – Vietnamese Stir Fried Chow Mein – Savoury, spicy and delicious
  • Cà Ri Gà -Vietnamese Coconut Chicken Curry – Rich & Fragrant with vegetables and mushrooms
  • Gỏi Cuốn – Vietnamese Spring Rolls – With minced pork and dipping sauce
  • Pickled Carrot & Daikon Salad– Crunchy and perfectly pickled carrot and daikons

What’s included:

  • Free drink on arrival. Additional beverages can be purchased at the bar.
  • All ingredients provided, you will enjoy eating the food you create in the dining room at the end of the class, take home any leftovers, bring containers or use our simple ones.
