Enjoy a hands-on Vietnamese Cookery Class – A unique blend of Chinese and French style, Vietnamese food is greatly admired for its fresh and fragrant flavour. Naturally low in dairy and fat, you will learn the tips and trick to enjoy making Vietnamese at home. To maximise your time, you’ll eat as you cook – any left overs can be taken home in your suitable container.

Examples of What you might cook:
- Vietnamese Spring Rolls- Deep fried Vietnamese spring rolls filled with lemongrass and pork mince served with a sweet chilli dip
- Vietnamese Dipping Sauce (Nuoc Cham)- A delicious sweet, sour and spicy Vietnamese dipping sauce made from fresh lime juice, garlic, chilli, fish sauce and sugar.
- Bahn Mi (Vietnamese Style Meat Pattie Baguette)- Crunchy french style baguette filled with pickled vegetables and deliciously marinated beef and turkey patties
- Mango and Prawn Salad- Fresh prawns and raw mango julienned and served with a spicy and sour Nuoc Cham flavouring.
Glass of prosecco, beer or soft drink on arrival. Enjoy the food you create throughout the class and any leftovers can be taken home – bring suitable containers!.
