Waterside Hotel
As you can probably already tell, the Waterside is a pretty unique kind of hotel. Right in the heart of Didsbury, along the banks of the River Mersey, it’s convenient for both the city and the airport.
With 45 comfortable en-suite rooms, it combines a hotel, leisure club and thermal suites. You can start the day with a swim and a heart breakfast. Wind down after work in our gym, in one of our fitness classes or relax in the thermal suites and hydrotherapy pool. Then once you’ve burned off a whole load of calories, you can load up again in our restaurant and bar.
Nestled alongside the banks of the River Mersey in the north-west of England, you will find the Waterside Hotel and Leisure Club, a contemporary establishment in the heart of Didsbury and a comfortable and convenient choice of accommodation for those heading to the area on business or for pleasure.

From the moment you walk through the door, you know Waterside offers everything you could want from a fitness club. Centrally located, our Didsbury gym is home to the very latest CV equipment, impressive free weights area, a Functional room, a dedicated spin studio, two exercise studios (with over 100 classes per week) and a 25 metre swimming pool with sauna, steam room and spa pool. But there’s more than that. You will find a welcoming, friendly and encouraging atmosphere that makes everyone, old and young, feel welcome and involved. And because we are constantly upgrading our facilities and space, we are dedicated to creating a gym Manchester and Didsbury will be proud of.

Gym: 24 hours (subject to membership)
Pool Weekdays: 6.15am to 10:00pm
Pool Weekends: 7:15am to 9:30pm
