Terms & Conditions
On receipt of the booking, Food Sorcery will publish a unique discount code that can be used for the on any events in the upcoming 12 months.
Please state on booking if there is a start date you would like the 12 month period to commence.
Booking for others – members are welcome to extend the discount to up to 3 people accompanying you to a class. Members should not share your code with others to book on events that they aren’t attending. If this occurs, Food Sorcery reserve the right to request the balance to be paid at the event or to invalidate your discount code before the end of the 12 month period.
If members would like to make a group booking, please discuss for optimum rates.
Last minute offers on upcoming to be made via email until a preferential system can be implemented. Offers are subject to availability and are sold on a first come first served basis.
Food Sorcery very much hopes you will want to re-join the Membership at the end of 12 months, Food Sorcery reserve the right to refund bookings for events made after this period if booking made for events after this period with the discount code may be refunded if the membership is not renewed

With over 17 years of experience in prestigious establishments including Michelin starred restaurants in the UK and around the world.
Trained & worked in South Africa, Brazil, London and Everywhere in between in a variety of styles from Middle-Eastern to Michelin star
Thai & Vietnamese
I lived with my Aunt who was a cook in one of the many Royal Thai households dotted around Bangkok.
Influenced by an eclectic range of cultures and cuisines, with specialisms in British, European and classical French.
