Treat Mum this Mother’s Day
Mother’s Day is a time of year for us to spoil our Mum’s and make them feel special and loved. This is certainly the way that we’re supposed to feel as March draws in, treating to Mum with a day off not having to worry about the cooking or the cleaning. A day where all food is shopped for, the menu is chosen and the family can be together to create a special day she won’t forget.
Here at Food Sorcery we have you covered. Food and bringing families together is what we do best, so why not bring Mum down to our Big & Little Cooks special on the 10th of March? As it falls the Saturday before Mothering Sunday it’s the perfect treat for Mum, and gets you all out of the house and celebrating together by working as a team, cooking a delicious meal all together and creating memories which will stay with you for a lifetime.
A day to remember, you’ll create memories your whole family will never forget. Working with our chef Jason you will enjoy a fun and food-filled afternoon ‘Cooking Together’ with your son, daughter or maybe even your grumpy teenager. All of our Big and Little Cooks classes are dedicated to spending time together with your children and working all-together as a team. With the guidance of chef Jason you will prepare and cook a main meal, a side dish to accompany it and also a dessert to polish everything off. Then when you’re all ready to eat your delicious food you’ve prepared together, all families will come round our affable table to eat the fruits of your families feast.
If Mum’s in need of a little rest and relaxation, she could always choose to visit the Waterside Leisure Club located on site, just round the back of Food Sorcery, as they hold host to a pool and spa facilities. If it’s rejuvenation Mum’s looking for this Mother’s Day, instead of cooking with the family she rejoin you all at 5:30pm, after a pamper-session, when the food is prepared, in time for the food extravaganza.
If you’re worried the little ones are just a bit too young for our Big and Little Cooks classes, or maybe you’re just in need of a night off with your significant other or friend, don’t fret! We have an array of Cooking Together classes perfect for your to spend some quality time together.
Here at Food Sorcery we encourage you to ditch the conventional restaurant meal and have fun preparing your own menu favourites. Our cooking together events are as much about chatting and relaxing as they are about learning and eating. You can come as a pair, or even book on together with a gang of friends to create a real unique evening of cooking your own tasty dishes.
We hope we have given you some inspiration for this coming Mother’s Day, to join us here at Food Sorcery to create dishes and memories the family will never forget.
