Parma Ham Caprese Cannelloni

Healthy appetisers that are easy to make and will impress all your friends! What’s not to like?
 

Ingredients – Serves 4

  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • 4tbsp of pesto
  • 1 ball of Mozzarella, cut into strips
  • 50g of rocket
  • 1 cup of our marinara sauce
  • 30g of parmesan, grated
  • 1 lemon, zested

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  2. Lay the slices of prosciutto on a clean board. Carefully spread a little of pesto on each one.
  3. Place a small bunch of rocket leaves at one end of each slice, allowing the tips of them to poke out. Top with a strip of mozzarella, then carefully roll up the prosciutto.
  4. Place the rolls into small baking tray, top with marinara sauce, parmesan and lemon zest.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
