Healthy, full of protein and flavour, affordable and easy to make. What’s not to like? There is plenty of turkey around close to Christmas, it’s worth making a larger batch and freezing them.
This recipe is part of Food Sorcery’s healthy eating program, it’s been tried and tested by our resident chef Jan Cron. Jan is known for his amazing flavours making healthy food taste great.
Method
- Saute the onions in a pan.
- Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine, create burger patties, you can make 4 for a main course or smallers ones if making for a snack.
- Heat a frying pan with spoon of coconut oil.
- Fry each pattie for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
