Middle Eastern cuisine is now getting the adoration it deserves. Be inspired by the history & flavours of wonderful dishes – from fabulous falafel that can be used as part of a meze platter, a light lunch, or a starter, to perfect pillowy pilaf that can be the centrepiece of a feast and varied with different flavours throughout the year. This class culminates in a relaxing meal of the food you have prepared.
Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration, this extended class includes time to enjoy eating your dishes in the dining room. You will leave with plenty of leftovers and the confidence to cook more delicious dishes at home.

Lamb Kofta with Mint Yoghurt: Everyone’s favourite dish
Shirazi Salad: A fresh Iranian salad made with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and lot’s of herbs
