An incredible treat for all Steak Lovers – working with our Chef, you will have the opportunity to learn all about the different cuts of meat and most importantly how to cook steak at home achieving the same results as the restaurant…throw in some classic sauces, side dishes and obviously some fries…the evening ends with a feast and dare I suggest a glass or two of malbec…..
Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration, this extended class includes time to enjoy eating your dishes in the dining room. You will leave with plenty of leftovers and the confidence to cook more delicious dishes at home.
All classes are adaptable for most allergies and preferences, just let us know in the notes when booking.

Join us for a sociable foodie evening of demonstration and hands-on cookery with Masterchef finalist Fumbi, engineer by day, chef by night. A Midlands based foodie with a passion for fresh ingredients and great flavours, Fumbi was a quarter finalist in Series 13 of MasterChef and continues to love cooking dishes inspired by his travels around the world.
This class takes cooking together to another level of fine dining ingredients, you will prepare the first and second plates. Cooking Together evenings are the perfect blend of meal out and cookery class – sociable foodie fun. One ticket is for 2 people and you will cook your meal together.
The Menu: Things might change, trust us it will be delicious
- Starter: Ham Hock Bonbon and Miso Prawns, Pineapple Ketchup, Prawn Aioli
- Main: Fillet Beef, Roasted Cauliflower Puree, Cured Egg Yolk, Brandy Caper Sauce, Herb Oil
- Dessert: Chef made so you can relax and enjoy your meal

A Cooking Together Experience is as much about great conversation and unwinding as it is about learning and dining—a perfect blend of meal out and a hands-on cookery class. We call it sociable foodie fun!
Each ticket is for two people, cooking the same meal together as a pair. Enjoy canapés and complimentary drink on arrival, before chef leads you through preparing your starter and main, sharing expert tips on cooking and presentation. Afterward, sit down in our dining area to savour your creation alongside fellow food lovers.

A weekend version of our popular mid week event; a bit bigger; more fish & more time
Many of us love fish, but rarely cook it at home. A perfect blend of demo and hands on skill, during this class, our chef will guide you through 3-4 different fish dishes to ensure you have the confidence to prepare at home. As the dishes are ready, we eat as they are piping hot. Some dishes will be individually prepared, some of the larger fish will be shared.
What you will Learn:

- Basic Filleting with Mackerel; Sea Bass; Trout
- Salt Crust whole fish – sea bream, black bream, dorado
- Flat Fish – Lemon Sole, Plaice
- Sauces and sides that work with Many of us love fish, but rarely cook it at home. In this class our chef will guide you through 3 different fish dishes to ensure you have the confidence to prepare at home
- How to best use your fishmonger – how to tell fish is fresh

Pies are the ultimate comfort food, and every great pie begins with perfect pastry. A pie is typically filled with pre-cooked ingredients, while a pasty contains raw filling that cooks inside its pastry parcel.
In this class, you’ll learn the essential do’s and don’ts of pie fillings and how to master the art of the pasty. Once you’ve nailed these techniques, your pie-making possibilities will be endless. Best of all, you’ll take your delicious creations, and your new skills, home in time for dinner!
Types of Pastry you will make:
- Shortcrust Pastry
- Hot Water Crust Pastry
- Sweet Pastry
Examples of what you will bake:
- Traditional Cornish Pasty
- How to make the perfect hand raised pork pie
