Many people enjoy shellfish and seafood in restaurants but are often unsure how to prepare it at home. In this immersive workshop, our chef will guide you through the essential techniques used by professionals to prepare and cook delicious shellfish dishes.
Combining demonstrations with plenty of practical cooking, you’ll learn how to handle a variety of seafood with confidence, understand what to look for when buying shellfish and discover cooking methods that bring out the very best flavours.

Fish is one of the most rewarding ingredients to cook. This hands-on masterclass is designed for food lovers who want to develop genuine fish preparation skills and learn techniques used by professional chefs.
Working alongside our chef, you’ll prepare and cook a selection of seasonal fish dishes while learning how different species should be handled, prepared and cooked. The class combines expert demonstrations with plenty of hands-on practice, giving you the opportunity to work with both round and flat fish, develop your knife skills and understand the characteristics of different fish varieties.
As each dish is completed, we’ll eat it at its best, fresh from the kitchen, any extra can be taken home. Some dishes will be prepared individually, while larger fish will be worked on as a group, allowing everyone to experience a wider range of preparation techniques.

The festive season is all about indulgence, and nothing says comfort quite like freshly baked treats straight from the oven. In this class Victoria will show you how to bake some seasonal favourite bakes, come along with a friend, a gang or on your own and bake double.
One ticket is for two people, feel free to come alone and bake double the amount. Suitable to attend with children age 10+

Many of us love eating fish, but rarely feel confident preparing it at home. This hands-on class combines chef demonstrations with plenty of practical experience, giving you the skills and confidence to cook delicious fish dishes in your own kitchen.
Throughout the class, our chef will guide you through 3–4 different fish dishes, sharing practical tips and techniques along the way. As each dish is prepared, we’ll sit down and enjoy it while it’s piping hot. Some dishes will be individually prepared, while larger fish and dishes will be shared.

You’ll begin with a detailed demonstration of how to temper chocolate, giving you the skills and confidence to practise at home. You’ll then put your knowledge into action using pre-tempered Belgian chocolate to create your very own Free-Standing Belgian Chocolate Inclusion Egg.
Your beautiful chocolate egg will be filled with delicious treats that you’ll make yourself, including hand-rolled Belgian chocolate truffles and hand-piped chocolates. To finish, your creation will be beautifully presented in cellophane wrap, ribbon and a gift tag—ready to give as a special Easter gift (or enjoy yourself!).

Cooking Together Experiences are as much about relaxing and sharing good food as they are about learning to cook—the perfect blend of a meal out and hands-on cookery class—what we call sociable foodie fun.
Each ticket is for two people, and you’ll cook together, sharing ingredients and equipment. If you have different dietary requirements, we’ll adapt the ingredients to suit you both—just let us know in the booking notes.
Suitable for all cooking abilities, our chef demonstrates and you recreate both starter and main with plenty of time to enjoy eating between courses. Our team serves dessert while you relax and chat in our sociable dining area.

Many of us love eating fish, but rarely feel confident preparing it at home. This hands-on class combines chef demonstrations with plenty of practical experience, giving you the skills and confidence to cook delicious fish dishes in your own kitchen.
Throughout the class, our chef will guide you through 3–4 different fish dishes, sharing practical tips and techniques along the way. As each dish is prepared, we’ll sit down and enjoy it while it’s piping hot. Some dishes will be individually prepared, while larger fish and dishes will be shared.
By the end of the class, you’ll have learned a range of versatile techniques and recipes that you can easily recreate at home.
