Welcome to Sarah Woods’ Modern and Fun Indian Cooking Class! Get ready for an exciting culinary experience that blends traditional Indian flavours with a modern twist. Sarah Woods, the author of the renowned cookbook “Desi Kitchen” and a finalist on BBC1 TV show “Best Home Cook,” will be your guide on this delicious journey.
Having honed her cooking skills at a prestigious Chef Academy in Devon after her TV debut, Sarah is passionate about making authentic Indian home cooking accessible to all and spreading joy through great-tasting food. In this class, you’ll learn everything from classic Indian home cookery to exciting and modern British-Indian mashups!
This cooking class offers a unique combination of hands-on cooking and demonstrations. You’ll have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves, put on an apron, and dive into the culinary process alongside Sarah. She’ll guide you through each step, sharing her expert tips and techniques to ensure you achieve the best results.
All classes are adaptable for most allergies and preferences, just let us know in the notes when booking.

Her dishes have been perfected over many years, cooking for friends and family who are the best and toughest judges of all! Having become a master of all types of Indian cooking, from traditional curries to more popular street food dishes.
Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration. Eat as you cook and takeaway your creations. You will leave with tips and tricks to cook more delicious dishes at home.

- Chicken Kathi Rolls – Native Bengali street food, the word Kati roughly translates to “Stick”
- Lamb Samosa’s – Astaple appetizer, snack, and street food in Indian cuisine, crispy and fried.
- Lechha Paratha – A unique flatbread which made with both wheat flour and all-purpose flour
- Green Chutney (Demo) – Made with the star ingredients cilantro and mint, and spiced with green chili, ginger, garlic and spices.
