You’ll learn how to balance spices, layer flavours, and create authentic dishes that go far beyond the takeaway. Guided by our chef, you’ll cook a variety of curries from across India – from creamy, comforting classics to fiery regional favourites – along with the accompaniments that bring them to life.
Whether you’re new to Indian cuisine or looking to expand your repertoire, you’ll take away the skills and confidence to recreate these dishes at home, impressing family and friends with meals full of depth and tradition.
